Vicour’s target acquisition profile is broad. Our principals have a wide range of experience in many industries and many different business models. This allows us to efficiently evaluate a potential acquisition to determine if there is a fit with our strategy. As a guide in evaluating if Vicour is a potential acquirer we provide the following attributes. These represent a general guideline and are not absolutes.

Revenue
Between $5 and $10 million
EBITDA
Between $500,000 and $1.5 million
Employees
In excess of 20
Customers
Broad customer base with no significant customer concentration
Status
Business is actively being offered for sale by owner who is exiting for non-business reasons.
Industry
Though there is no real industry preference, Vicour seeks to acquire companies in mature and stable industries.
Structure
In order to simplify transactions and manage the risks associated with entity sales, Vicour only executes asset purchases.
