What is the Experience of Selling to Vicour Like?
In an effort to share some concrete observations about the process of selling to Vicour, we have included two summaries of previous acquisitions. One acquisition process (AKJ Books) was conducted in order to achieve the seller's goal of complete separation from his company after the transaction. The other is the summary (Chesapeake Ceramics) of a process where the owner wanted to maintain a meaningful involvement with the company after sale, but understood the value in transitioning ownership.
